How do I reserve a board at SUP SUP CLUB?

Click on BOOK NOW on the homepage. Create an account, then choose the desired location, number of boards, duration, date, time and payment method. After payment you will receive a confirmation in your email, with the steps to open the SUP 2 GO lockers.

Do I need a special app to make a reservation and open the lockers?

You don't need an app to book with us. Online reservations can easily be made via the website. Here you must first create an account to make a reservation and open the lockers. Tip: if you want quick access to your account, you can add the website as an app to your home screen.

Do I have to pay in advance or afterwards?

You must pay in advance, which can easily be done online with iDeal or credit card.

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking up to 7 days in advance. Costs incurred are refunded in the form of a voucher with which a new reservation can be made at another time. All vouchers are valid for 1 season. You can move a reservation up to 8 hours prior to the reservation. The right of withdrawal can be found in point 5 of our general terms and conditions.

What happens if it rains on the day I booked?

An old water sports saying goes: you will get wet! If there is a threat of thunder or strong wind (wind force 4 or more), the booking can be moved to a later time, because safety is our top priority. Please note: everything continues in the event of rain. Paddling in the sun is of course the best, but when it's rain or cloudy you have the water to yourself!

At Amstel Boathouse and Het Oude Tolhuys we give and organize group lessons SUP Clean Ups. You can wear this together with your colleagues supcontribute to clean and tidy water. Good for yourself and for the world!

Are you an early bird? Then join us on our legendary tour Sunrise Expedition from Hannekes Boom. In addition, you can always have one with your group SUP rent a board. With 16 locations throughout the country, there is always a club near you. Make your SUP company outing complete with a delicious drink or dinner afterwards at one of the affiliated catering locations.
