How do I reserve a board at SUP SUP CLUB?

Click on BOOK NOW on the homepage. Create an account, then choose the desired location, number of boards, duration, date, time and payment method. After payment you will receive a confirmation in your email, with the steps to open the SUP 2 GO lockers.

Do I need a special app to make a reservation and open the lockers?

You don't need an app to book with us. Online reservations can easily be made via the website. Here you must first create an account to make a reservation and open the lockers. Tip: if you want quick access to your account, you can add the website as an app to your home screen.

Do I have to pay in advance or afterwards?

You must pay in advance, which can easily be done online with iDeal or credit card.

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days in advance. You can move a reservation up to 8 hours before the reservation. In that case, you will receive a voucher code with which you can make a new reservation yourself. All vouchers are valid for 1 season. The right of withdrawal can be found in point 5 of our general terms and conditions.

What happens if it rains on the day I booked?

An old water sports saying goes: you'll get wet anyway! If there is a threat of thunderstorms or strong winds (wind force 4 or more), the booking can be moved to a later time, because safety is our top priority.
