Once confirming your order, a binding agreement is made, and you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the order. We reserve the right to cancel any orders in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason as we see fit. In the event that this should happen, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

If you give false information on your order about your shipping address – by accident or purpose – Equanimity  has the right to add the miscalculated shipping costs. If the customer doesn’t provide the correct address details within 48 hours, we have the right to cancel your order.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 1-4 hours and after it’s processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

Privacy policy
Any and all information given to Equanimity  is treated as confidential. No information is at any point given to any 3rd parties, and is strictly used between the customer and Equanimity. 


If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving the order for exchange or refund (final sale items excluded*)

The goods must be returned in the same condition as when received (with labeltags). They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. If you return your order and don’t follow our guidelines, the customer is responsible for the (extra) shipping costs.

Returned goods are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount (minus shipping) is deposited back into the customer’s account or exchanged for something else.

When exercising your right to return an item, the shipment is paid by the customer. Equanimity will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping, this is the customers sole responsibility.

Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as Equanimity receives the package to the cardholder. Expect up to 7-14 days before receiving your refund.

Shipping info

Equanimity  is offering worldwide shipping and the guarantee your order will be processed and shipped within 12-24 hours after your order is placed. If your order needs verification of payment (for example if you choose to pay by direct bank transfer), it can delay the processing of your order.
